Tasks & responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver community programes that foster inclusion and participation.
  • Organise and manage events celebrating diversity and promoting awareness.
  • Build networks with local organisations and services to strengthen community ties.
  • Advocate for individuals’ rights and support them in accessing resources.
  • Help and support participants identify and achieve their personal and community-related goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate programe outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & experience

Key Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field (or working towards it).
  • Experience in community work or advocacy is highly regarded.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to promoting inclusivity.
